CALDWELL MARINE INTERNATIONAL: PRESS RELEASE TO DECEMBER 3 2004

Caldwell Marine International (CMI) of Toms River NJ has been awarded a Turnkey Submarine Cable Supply Contract by the Fox Islands Electric Cooperative (FIEC) of Vinalhaven ME. Caldwell shall supply and install a 35KV, solid dielectric, submarine power cable which includes an integral fiber cable. The route is 15.5km in length between Rockland ME and the Fox Islands. The cable will be buried for its entire length utilizing the CMI Jet Plow system. Caldwell Marine International is a Marine Construction contractor that specializes in submarine utility operations. FIEC is the electric utility supplier for the Fox Islands situated offshore Rockland Maine.
