“Caldwell Marine International of Toms River NJ has been awarded a Turnkey Submarine Cable Supply Contract by the Orcas Power & Light Cooperative (OPALCO) of Eastsound WA. Caldwell shall supply and install a 69KV, solid dielectric, submarine power cable which includes an integral fiber cable. Caldwell shall also supply and install a 48 fiber submarine Repeaterless telecom cable as well as installing an OPALCO supplied 48 fiber submarine cable. Caldwell Marine International is a Marine Construction contractor that specializes in submarine utility operations. OPALCO is the power utility provider for the San Juan Islands region of Washington State”
